To join the MNA using a check, download the membership form below, fill it out, and mail it with our check to Maplewood Neighborhood Association, 200 W. Ridge, Rd. Rochester, NY 14615. You can also bring the completed form and annual dues payment to any monthly MNA Town Hall Meeting.
To join the MNA using paypal, fill out the form below. Make sure to click on Total Price to update the amount you are submitting.
